MANUAL GUIDELINE

Foods and Vang Dalat:

-    Vang Dalat wine is suitable to be an aperitif, which is served in parties and family dinners also
- Red Vang Dalat wine is suitable with dishes that are processed from red meat (as beef, goat meat, lamb)

-    White Vang Dalat is suitable with salad, seafoods and non-blooded meat (poultry, pork)
However, you can use Vang Dalat for your favourite dishes, or use to as a spice to process dishes or to make cocktails.

How to open a bottle of wine:

To open a bottle of wine, please follow these steps:

-    Cut the capsule.

-    Wipe the bottle top.

-    Remove the cork with a corkscrew. Place the point of the corkscrew in the centre of the exposed cork and push into the cork about 30mm deep. Do not push it too deep to break the cork Use the lever to lift the cork with the other end of the corkscrew placed on the top of the bottle.

-    Wipe the bottle top again before serving.

How to open box of wine:

-    Remove the on-top-red sticker and light lift up as the stabbed line.

-    Gently pull out the inside van and pin on the box edge.

-    Lift the van-seal.

-    Press to pour wine out

How to choose a right glass to drink wine :

Choose fragile, transparent & no colour glass, with 4-5cm high, flat and tie mouth, glass for white wine should be smaller than red one

Expiry date:

If no more use after opened, it should be maintained in refrigerator, and the rest should be used before 48 hours

How to maintain:

After getting from shelf, if don’t be used at once, wine should be maintained in pack and put in cool place. User shouldn’t put it near hot source or under direct sun light. In display, wine should be stand on shelf and be shaken everyweek to ensure the van get soak with wine.

Not every kinf of red wine are suitable with long-storage. Most of white wine should be used in early days. Wine which is rich in tannin should be stored longer.

How to choose a right product:

- Vang Dalat is produced with many variants in order to meet the Vietnamese consumer needs on enjoying diversified kind of wine.

- Vang Dalat Demi-secs, Strewberry wine: light sweet tasting, suitable for the 1st trial users or female.

- Traditional Vang Dalat (red and white): special for common style of Vietnam consumers

- Vang Dalat Export, Vang Dalat Superior: high class wine, especially for wine connoisseur.

- Red wine premium, Red wine Bouscaillous

Which temperature is for using Vang Dalat:

- Red wine : suitable with around 16ºC

- White wine: put in around 14ºC. Before using, you can freeze it in fridge or ice bucket. Don’t put it in ice drawer of fridge, don’t put it too long in fridge.

- Bauscaillous wine: around 16-18ºC

- Vang Dalat also has many kinds of packaging: 375ml (12unit/case), 750ml (6unit/ case), 3 liters (4unit/ case)

- Unit of 375ml: for 1-2 drinkers per meal

- Unit of 750ml: common use 8 glasses of for each of 2-3 drinker per meal

Unit of 3 liters: used in a party or picnic or in family who has habit of drinking wine in usual meal as it’s economical, easy using and easy storage.
